A Day in the Life of an Immobiltrend Agent
What you never see… but changes everything.
9:00 AM. Menton is waking up. The shutters of the agency open and sunlight pours in. I walk in, phone already buzzing, knowing one thing for sure: this day won’t go as planned. And honestly, that’s part of the charm.
First: check the urgent emails. In real estate, there are always “urgent” things — a seller panicking, a buyer hesitating, a notary waiting. And of course, the cold coffee from yesterday… that I reheat again.
9:45 AM – First visit in Garavan.A Belgian-French couple is looking for a sea view apartment. They’ve seen the pictures, but they want a “feeling.” In Menton, people buy with their heart. My job? Let them dream — but gently bring them back to reality.
11:30 AM – Valuation in Borrigo. An older gentleman wants to sell his parents’ house. He’s unsure, emotional. I listen. Real estate isn’t just numbers — it’s memory, emotion, and empathy. The right price is always a balance.
1:00 PM – Lunch (kind of).Sandwich at my desk, between emails and a client asking for a second visit “during lunch break, if possible.” It’s fine. Real breaks come with the little things — a colleague’s laugh, a thank you message, a moment of calm.
2:15 PM – Video call with an Italian investor. He wants something “profitable, central, with no renovation, and under market price.” I smile. My job is also to translate dreams into doable plans, without illusions.
4:00 PM – Negotiation for a flat near Rue Partouneaux.Buyer vs seller. High expectations vs market reality. I’m the bridge. I listen, explain, pause, and ask: “Do you want to sell quickly or sell high?” Sometimes, that changes everything.
5:30 PM – Last appointment in Quartier Centenaire.A young woman visits a studio. Her first purchase. She looks around quietly, takes it all in. I recognize that look — the moment it clicks. This isn’t just a deal. It’s a turning point in someone’s life.
At Immobiltrend, no day is ever the same.We don’t just sell walls — we build trust. We listen, we adjust, we reassure, and sometimes… we make the difference between a project and a success.
By 6:00 PM, we close the office. But we know something else is still open: The door to new beginnings.
