Sales representatives
Primary role and responsibilities:

Our sales agents receive an initial training course, communication and marketing support systems. Your tasks will consist in the management of a customer portfolio to follow closely and progressively increase. As an estate agent for Immobiltrend group you will be asked to communicate the following skills:

• Communicate and guide your clients in order to help them carry out and accomplish their estate projects, from the initial contact to the achievement of their set goals (frequently, it will mean a long path in need of perseverance, comprehension and flexibility);
• Build, maintain and develop trusting relationships with collaborators of the sector;
• Accompany and guide your clients throughout all the phases of the journey leading towards a positive outcome of the property's transaction.

Salary:

It's important to underline the fact that our sales agents perceive commissions based only on obtained results. Immobiltrend group offers to its representatives commissions that can enable very interesting earnings.

The ideal candidate:
Qualifications / Experience:

• Very motivated and engaged, capable of working individually and with the team, fitted with human and commercial qualities.
• Be able to have a constant attentive ear towards the client and develop an understanding of the client's necessities;
• Have ideally at least a two years experience in the property transaction domain
• Capable of working well under pressure, organized and predisposed to multitasking
• Bilingual in French and Italian (preferably with a good knowledge base in English or any other foreign language).

We are looking for independent individuals that are also open to advice and be part of a team, entirely available for their clients, professional attitude and enthusiastic.
